This page can be used to request audio recordings of specific court sessions. These recordings will typically be provided on a CD or USB Drive. Please note that there is a $25 charge per State Law for each hearing for recordings (payable at the time of request) through the nCourt website or you can call nCourts at 844-293-3735 please include your case number when making the payment. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks after the request for your CD or USB Drive to be made. If you need the recording sooner you will need to pay an additional $30 expedite records service fee. Liability for misuse of information received is the sole responsibility of the requestor. If you choose to have your audio recording mailed to you there will be an additional charge of $2.50 that must be included in your payment. Once payment has been made, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the confirmation number and your address, if you would like the audio recording mailed to you. Otherwise, your audio recording will be processed upon receipt of your cashier's check/money order or law firm check.
Digital audio recordings are made from the original master recordings of a Court’s proceedings and are available for verification of testimony only. They are not certified for Court use and may not be used as the official Court record in place of an official transcript. The Clerk's Office does not provide transcription services.
To decrease delays in retrieving specific recordings, please provide as much information as possible. If no exact times are known, estimations would be appreciated.
